On this page you will find links to various organizations that request volunteer help from time to time.  This page will be updated regularly, so check often.  If you know of an opportunity in which our students can volunteer, please contact the school Principal. 

 Volunteer Opportunities

• Posted June 2010 - On Wednesday, July 7, all entries in the Main Display Building at the Fair Grounds are judged and prepared for display.  They are in urgent need of girls, grades 7 and up, who are willing to climb on top of tables and hang up the art work in the school section.  Work will begin around 10:00 and will continue until the job is done (Usually around 2:30 - 3:00)  An excellent lunch is provided.  If you are able and willing to help, please contact Mrs. DeWit.
• Posted June 2010 - Boyne Lodge Singing - On the third Wednesday of every month, various young people gather at the Boyne Lodge to do some singing for entertainment.  For further information, please contact Mrs. Jackie Leyenhorst
• Posted June 2010 - Carman Fair Booth - Carman West Evangelism Committee is setting up a booth at the Fair and is looking for people with ideas or the ability to help out.  If you are able, please contact Miss Nicole VanDijk.
• Posted June 2010 - Carman Palliative Care is looking for volunteers working with people or just to help out with the gardening work.  For more information, please contact Mrs. Shannon Bergsma
• Posted June 2010 - Carman League for Life also requires volunteers from time to time.  For more information, please contact Mrs. Michelle Bergsma
• Posted June 2010 - Carman Family Resource Centre is in need of two volunteers to walk the parade route and distribute books to preschool children on Saturday morning July 10, 2010.  The parade starts at 10 am but the volunteers will need to be there earlier.  For more information, please contact Mrs. Michelle Bergsma before June 23rd.
